I have a Moto z force droid. When I receive a text with a picture in message +, I can view it. When I go back later the text remains but the picture disappears. This does not happen on all texts, just select ones. I read in a forum to uninstall and reinstall, but it cannot be uninstalled. Why is this happening?

The same thing has been happening to me on my Moto Force Droid Z phone. Any suggestions to correct this problem? I uninstalled the Message + App, powered down my phone and reinstalled. The message with the picture did not return.
