Moto X (2013) LTE doesnt work after updating to 212.166.3

Hello, I am from Argentina. I went to USA in january and I bought this cellphone (xt1060). The phone have been working fantastic with 4G/LTE until I updated to 212.166.3. No more 4G/LTE signal. And always lose signal on 2G/3G. I made all the things that i could do. Hard reset, wipe cache. Checked APN.

I dont know what it could be  the problem! I also use my SIM in another phone and it works great 4G.

Help me! thanks.

Having reliable service on your phone is most important, pancho12. Let's bring that 4G back. It's possible that the software loaded corruptly on the device. Getting that phone working correctly is important, pancho12. Let's dig a bit deeper. Are you using a Verizon SIM card, or a local one from Argentina?

I am using a local one. But the local one used to work before the update

I am very sorry to hear of the trouble you are having with your phone in Argentina. Have you visited the local service provider to exchange the SIM card to see if a new sim is more compatible with the phone's current software?

Yes, I have done that. Also I try my SIM on a IPhone and LTE works

It's definitely important to have a working phone, pancho12. With our devices, there's never a guarantee of another service provider's SIM working fully. Since you don't have Verizon service on the device, we recommend having the local provider troubleshoot further. Another option is to contact the manufacturer for software support.
