I've attempted the following:
turned off the device and reseated the sim card
internal and external factory reset
obtained a new sim card (which worked in the store but sometime during the drive home stopped working)
I'm at a loss on what the problem could be.
Verified the cellular data connection was turned on?
Have you checked the network mode setting to verify it is on LTE/CDMA mode?
