My moto Z2 force dies suddenly at ~40% charge. I've been able to plug it in and restart w/o problem until now. It died and after charging, cycles through the blue boot screen over and over.
I can get to the droid screen by holding the three buttons down, but starting from there puts it in the same cycling pattern.
I have some files I'd like to get off if I can get it to start one more time before replacing it.
I'm sorry to hear the device won't reboot. If it won't go past the reboot screen, it may need to be replaced. How long have you had the device? Is it damaged? -Joe
