I found out on my moms phone that if you download the Mahjong game from the play store on your MotoZ4, it may cause your screen to never turn off, even if it's set to the lowest setting, somehow that game keeps it ON. She was having trouble with several MotoZ4 phones doing this and we just found the solution. Don't download Mahjong from play store.
