Moto Z4 stuck on Bootloader after latest update

Phone is stuck on the Bootloader logs. Won't let me power off, restart in recovery mode. Tried the software update / repair from MyVerizon, and tried to push volume down and power at the same time for 30+ seconds. Nothing is working. Have had the phone for less than 6 months!
