As of last week my Moto Z play no longer charges when powered on. It does charge when the phone is powered off. Is there a resolution for this issue? It may be coincidence, but the symptom started the same day when the Hasselbad update was installed.
I always want my device charged and ready when I need it. Let's make sure you have all the power that you need. Are you using the charger that came with the phone? Have you tried more than one charger and outlet?

Jessshoe- we know how important it is for your phone to charge. Let's look into this issue further. Is there any physical or water damage to the device? Have you tried using another charger?
