I have a stand alone computer and want to download my photos to it. My computer is not on the Cloud. My old phone had a way to change the USB connection from charge to connect. I cannot find it on this phone.

We're here to help. When you connect the device to your computer, check your notifications, there should be a notification stating something like Charging this device via USB, tap for more options. Once you tap, select File Transfer and you should be good to go. You should see the phone on your computer as a storage options. ~Peter
