Help, I have a Motorola phone (although voicemail should work independently of the device, correct?) I didn't realize I had an issue with my voicemail as some people are able to leave a voicemail as usual. Unfortunately, some callers are not- it just rings the drops the call when voicemail should pick up. Thank s is distressing as I use this phone for work and need clients to be able to leave voicemails!!! One of the people who is no longer able to connect with my voicemail is my dad. Yesterday we did a little experiment - my husband and I are on the same Verizon plan. My dad and his girlfriend are on the same US Cellular plan. We stood in the same area, so no differences in tower reception - dad was unable to connect with my voicemail but his girlfriend can. Both can connect with my husband's voicemail. It seems certain numbers get through with no problem while others drop at the point voicemail picks up. Verizon customer service could not figure it out and yes, I restarted my phone, went back to default settings and keep my voicemail box empty. Can anyone help me!?!?

If anyone out there in the community has suggestions, please share. Another round with Verizon customer service has just run me through restarting my phone AGAIN, resetting my voicemail to default AGAIN, and asking if there is space in my voicemail box...which is empty currently.
