My Motorola z3 freezes when I try to make an outbound call. It stays stuck on the "Calling..." screen, but the call never goes through. If I try to hang up, it freezes on the "Hanging Up" screen. At this point I have to restart my phone to make use of the dialer again. I get between 1 and 2 bars on 4G network from my apartment.
