I was talking on the phone, I turned on the screen and turned it off and all of a sudden it didn't want to turn on. I've tried to hold the power button and the volume button, but nothing has worked. I've tried a bunch of things but just doesn't want to turn on
Could you give more details?
When this happened were you still talking on the phone but the screen simply wouldn't turn on?
Did your phone die while on the phone?
If so, have you plugged in a charger to attempt to charge it? When the maxx dies it needs a little time to charge before attempting to boot. If you attempt to turn on to early than it simply won't do anything.
