Have you tried restarting your phone? Have you tried uninstalling and re installing the My Verizon app or the My Verizon updates?
Yes i powered off and then on without any luck. I cannot uninstall the app through the settings menu, it only allows me to disable which doesn't do me any good.
If it won't allow you to uninstall it, it must have come pre-loaded on your device. Reboot your device to safe mode and see if the app works while in safe mode. You can learn how to get into safe mode here:
