This issue only started today. My husband has the same phone as me and it isnt happening to his. Whenever i receive a call it hangs up a minute or two in. and i cant even call out at all.
Have you restarted the phone? Maybe power off, remove SIM, wait a moment, reinsert SIM, and then power on? Could be a fluke, could be the card wasn't seated firmly, could be the card is going bad. SIM cards are free from My Verizon, Live Chat, calling customer service, or by going to a corporate retail store.
