Any suggestions besides buying a new phone?
You mentioned trying other outlets but not if you tried other chargers. If the phone is still not charging, I'm afraid that another phone would you be your only other avenue....unless you want to try a DIY and replace the battery which may cost less and void your warranty. There's also the risk that you'll brick your phone. Youtube has multiple videos that show you how to replace it though.

You may want to reset your phone to its default setting before you get a new phone.
