My son call 911 for me April 6th, 2014. His mobile data doesn't work on his phone; yet on the account, he has 4 gigabytes. Please help!
Have you done anything to resolve this? Android will lock out data/voice for 5 minutes following a 911 call. If it doesn't reset you should try rebooting the phone. If that doesn't work you may have to factory reset the phone.
PMB61 we hope that everything is ok and will get your son connected again! What phone make/model does he have? What happens when he tries to access the internet? Does he receive any error messages?
