I checked the box in settings under sound. The cache for the device is cleared as is smart actions. It won't even work when I change the volume settings to vibrate from ring like it used to.
I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with your vibrate on your device, southerngoddess. We understand how important vibrate is when needing to silence the phone. Please power the device off and back on. When it comes back on does the phone vibrate at all? When did you get this device?
