where is your area? Can you call Verizon Wireless CS from another line and ask them?

4G is out right now in Minneapolis.
Evidently it is in Minot, ND as well.. im sitting here impatiently

Thanks for your response. The 4g network was down last Sunday. I live in
zip code 55419 and that is where I was when I noticed it down. The 3g was
working fine. Everything was up by Sunday evening and has been fine since.
