Motorola battery drain after update. No one is responsible. Our phones are now unreliable. I did factory reset and lost current contacts. My understanding is that update cannot be removed. In other industries there might be a need for the company to take responsibility. I feel I am a victim with no recourse. How can there be an update that did bad things to countless phones with no attempt to do right by the cudtomer?
