My new replacement Moto z2 force won't allow in app purchases although I am not blocked in My Verizon. Before activating & transferring all of my apps & information to the replacement Moto Z2 Force phone I had no problem doing in app purchases that were billed to my Verizon account. My account is not a prepaid account nor is my account past due. It now gives a notice that this option is unavailable in Google pay when I attempt to purchase chips for a casino game although I've done this numerous times in the same game in the recent past.
