I can’t unlock my phone or restart in safe mode because my keyboard is not showing up for me to put in my unlock password???
You have to do a search for you phone model for a hard reset. I had to hold the volume down and power at the same time to reboot Android OS in recovery.
It may just be a bad start. How many times have you shut the phone down and then restarted.
It is concerning to hear that you are not able to use the keyboard on your device, Lambsgirl. When did this issue begin? What changes were made to the phone prior to this happening (software update, a new app, or app update). Is there any physical damage to the phone in any way? Please provide more details so that we can get to the bottom of this.
