I have a Moto Power G, 2021, that I love !! However about 2 weeks ago I started getting "no service" or "emergency calls only" messages . I have done a factory reset and now a new SIM card. But still lose service! 

Any suggestions on a fix would be appreciated!!

I would be just as concerned over the phone continuously losing service, MrsJMDavis. Has the phone been dropped or wet at all? How often are you losing service?

Not wet and it was dropped, like a year and a half ago and not any issues until recently.

I lose service several times a day

Making sure you have the services you need is important. Let's investigate the details. When did this start? What services are impacted (calls, text, data)? May we have your nearest intersection, City, and zip code, so we can accurately pinpoint your location?

I don't know exactly when it started, a few weeks ago now.

All calls, texts and data are effected when it is in this no service/emergency calls only mode. Wifi does still work if I am somewhere o have access to it.

 

I live in Flint Texas 75762 but work in Tyler Texas 75702  and it does the same thing there. Doesn't matter where I am!!

It doesn't seem to matter where I am. Sometimes at home it will show no service, I will restart the phone and and have service for a while then I'll look at it and no service again.

I have already did the network reset and I also did a factory reset but unfortunately that did not fix anything. Just had to reload all my apps!

 

I don't know what else to do. 

Do you think there is a malfunction with the phone?
