Google mail does not show any text in emails. It gives the to, from, etc, but there is no text. When she forwards the email, no text is sent.
When email is checked on the laptop all the text, links, and attachments show up fine.
I have tried changing the font size, but that changed nothing.
I am open to ideas.
Are you using a browser or some type of email app? If a browser try a different one. If an email app try uninstalling and reinstalling the account. Sometimes an email app can go wonky.
Hello, being on top of emails is vital, especially if no texts are displayed. When did the problem start? What recent changes have you made? Does this happen with other email providers (Yahoo, AOL, etc)?
