OS Services??? 5+ GB in 6 Hours?!

So, since I've thoroughly researched this topic to no avail, I decided to ask here...  About six hours ago, I noticed that my data was already at a gig, and my plan started four days ago.  Fast forward to now.  I AM AT 7.67 GIGABYTES!!!!!!  I use My Data Manager to monitor my usage, and the culprit is OS Services.  I've been on WiFi all day.  I was watching Netflix, and all 800 MB of that was on WiFi no problem, so I know my phone was connected while it proceeded to destroy my data plan.  Every time I turn on my cellular network, my usage explodes.  Verizon told me to disable background apps and reinstate data usage.  Boom, another gig and a half down the drain.  I have no idea how to get this to stop.  I have no photos backing up, I haven't touched YouTube in days, and my apps only update on WiFi.  I just switched from a MotoX to a MotoX 2nd Gen five days ago, but this only started up today.  How in the world is OS Services eating so much data?!

Thanks!!!

Ema
