Had to replace my Droid turbo 2 because or a charging issue, now the new phone will not receive group messages or update to the new software. Need help thinking about going to different carrier with all the issues
The last thing we want to see happen is to lose you. Let's get that device acting correctly. When did this start? Is the device giving you an error message? What messaging application are you using?
