I wanna talk about a phone that I had went and picked up today at a corporate store out of town that I had selected for pickup, I got the phone and everything right, I did not activate it at the store as I had left without getting it activated in store right, I got home and tried to activate it right, when I turn it on and let it start loading up to activate, after I press start and proceed to the next step, it asks for my PIN number to be able to proceed with activating it right, I know darn well I typed in the right PIN number right, as I typed it in and click on continue, it be saying I have entered the wrong PIN number and that cannot proceed forward to finish the steps to activate it right, well I took it upon myself and changed my PIN number to see if that would help me out at all, when I changed the PIN number and tried it again it still does the same thing when I know darn well I was putting in the right PIN number on that phone, it is the Motorola Moto G Power 2022, so since I could not get it to activate at all, I am gonna make up my mind to just return it to the store and not walk out with it anymore, I am gonna go for a different make and model phone as long as it is not another Motorola phone to have to go through that mess I went through tonight of not having any luck activating it, I currently have one that I did not have to do that on when activating it and it is the Motorola Moto G Play 2021, I do not like that the Moto G Play 2021 only has 32GB which is not enough for me so that is why I had went and got the Moto G Power 2022 as it has 64GB which is better than 32GB, as long as the phone has not been activated I hope to be able to get a refunf back off the Moto G Power 2022, and the charging cord and the block part for the cord has not been used neither at all as the phone has not been activated at all, so I hope to not have to pay a $50 restocking fee when they find out that the phone has not been activated that I picked up. Why did I have to encounter a problem/situation like that with that Moto G Power 2022, I don't care if I was to get a way different Motorola phone as long as it do not be the Moto G Power 2022 anymore to have to go through what I had to experience, yall better hope I don't take my business elsewhere for some wireless service with a different carrier.
