I have a droid turbo. How do I delete contacts under the blue phone? I've deleted them from people but they are all still showing in the phone.

If you're referring to the Frequently Called contacts in the Phone dialer app (the app that looks like a blue handset) ... open the Phone dialer app, tap the Menu (the three dots in the lower right-hand corner), tap Clear Frequents, tap OK in the pop-up warning you that the phone will have to relearn from scratch and start a new Frequently Contacted list in both the Phone and People apps.

It's not the frequent contacts. When in that screen if you hit all contacts

its the ones in there I'm referring to.

Maybe I'm missing something, then ... if I have a contact in the People app and delete it, then I open the Phone dialer app and tap All Contacts, the contact is also gone from that list.  That isn't the way it's working on your phone?

Correct. They are all still showing after deleting them in people. Could it

be something I'm linked to?

Maybe the contacts are linked to other contacts?

Do you have their contact information in your e-mail that's linked to your phone?

I've checked both of the emails and deleted everything from them already

You could unlink the e-mail accounts from your device and see if the contacts disappear. I'd suggest restarting your phone in between also.
