My phone will randomly freeze and not turn on. Right now it has been off for 15 minutes, and it still has an 80% battery life. I've tried the power button and down arrow for 15 seconds, and nothing happens. HELP!
I'm sorry you're having such a hard time with your phone knklbrr11. Let's get this fixed! When did these problems start? How long have you had the phone? Has it been dropped or exposed to any liquid?
