I can't send or receive pictures or videos on my Razor Maxx, any ideas?

Than you for responding. After looking at some DROID websites for advice, I
turned my phone off and restarted. Simple as that, I can send pics over
text again.

Being able to send and receive text messages is a very important part of any cell phone tristan110. It does concern me to hear you are having these issues but we will work to get this resolved for you. Are you getting any type of error message when trying to send or receive any messages? When did this start happening?

i am unable to send pics through text also. i noticed this happened after i did the update on 10/31/14.

Oh no, I am sorry to hear you are unable to send or receive picture messages. Let's take a closer look into this for you, are unable to send messages to anyone? Do you get any error messages? Are you sending them via wifi or our network?
