Private folder

I have moved several pictures to the private folder. When I open the private folder no pictures are there

I just had the same thing happen, moved some photos to the private folder and went to to make sure I sent the right items. Clicked on private folder and it was empty. And now the photos I tried to move over are completely gone no where to be found
