I am sorry to hear your phone isn't working as it should be. Let's get it back in business, how long have you had it? Is your software up to date? Picture messages can only be received while connected to our network. Are you using the original charger?

I have had the phone since July of 2013. My software is up to date, and I
am still using the original charger. Today I went to a Verizon store, and
they suggested I remove some apps, which I have done. I don't know if there
has been a change yet or not.
