I updated my phone over the weekend and now all of a sudden, my screen is black.?! Is there a way to reset?
Hold down the power and both vol +/- buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the phone reboots.

Were you able to reset the phone with the steps @SoccerRef12 provided http://vz.to/1hDArBd? Keep me posted if you are still having this issue with the black screen.
