I bought a BRAND NEW phone 2 months ago. Now the battery will not hold a charge but loses battery life WHILE ON THE CHARGER!!! Why should I be given a REFURBISHED phone when I've paid $600+ for a new phone.
Verizon wireless, I want a new replacement. I would understand if I did something wrong or if I owned it longer but after just 2 months and it does not work, No! I've been a loyal verizon customerfor many years and for the most part been very happy.
Who do I have to talk to to make this right?

Contact Motorola directly for your warranty repair options including sending the phone to the manufacturer for repair.
