How do I save pictures from a text message when they are in the slideshow? I have tried to press and hold on the slideshow in the text message screen but nothing comes up

Being able to save the pictures that are sent is defintiely something that I can understand wanting to have access to. With checking the settings for your phone, it does show that the MMS messages will come through as a slide show and generally doing a long press on the picture does not work when you're already in the slide show. However, if you go back to the text message and press and hold the picture in the text message does it give the option to save the picture then? Let's try that to see if it works. Please keep us posted.

Unfortunately that does not work either. When I press and hold on the
slideshow in the text message screen nothing pops up. I am able to save
individual pictures by pressing and holding them but when they are sent as
a slideshow none of the options appear.

Thanks for the update! Are you using the stock messaging app on the device or the Verizon Messages app for texting?
