I got a replacement phone for the one that I drowned in the pool. I got my replacement phone activated, but it will not recognize my old sim card or the new sim card that was sent with the phone. I have done all the steps except for the test in another device because I do not have an adapter for the sim card. I upgraded my phone and it didn't help. I go into settings and try to physically mount the sim card but the phone won't give me that option. Is there a seting that I am missing to get either the new or old sim card to work?

I can understand you concern, jreed75. I want to make sure that we are able to get you up and running with out any kind of issues. There are no settings in the actual phone that will allow you to mount the Sim card. Are you getting any kind of errors when you put the sim card into the device? Does it show no network? I would also double check to make sure that the sim card is being installed the correct way: http://vz.to/1hQ72P9 I would suggest for us to replace the sim card. The way we can do that is you can take the device into the corporate store location and they will replace it for free. http://bit.ly/3SdsA Please keep us posted.
