Since latest update My Razr M does not receive or send Texts well. If there are multiple recipients there is always a problem. Message is downloading and sometimes comes in later, but sometimes not at all. Same with sending. Any help?
Is the cellular data connection turned on and active at the time the issues occur?

Verizon Customer Support said software glitch. Now using Verizon Messages and seems ok so far.
Let's get your messages flowing NCWoman. When you're in a group message, is your wi-fi enabled? If yes, please make sure it's off and test again.
