Since the 4.4.4 update my camera no longer works.

All I get is a black screen and a message that says camera error please restart.  I never had an issue with the camera until this update.  It did not work the first time I tried to use it, it failed.

Please do a factory reset http://vz.to/1iKYRcn to ensure that no conflicts exist between the previous version and the latest version of the software and test.
