Contact is NOT blocked and the box to check for sending to VM in unchecked. I deleted contact and re-entered, but this problem doesn't go away. Calls from everyone else come through. Their phone is fine too. Texts do go through fine. Help!!
We want to make sure that you are able to get all of your calls and we want to help in any way we can. When was the last time you received a call from this contact? Are you able to call them?
