My voice mail and text message notification also stopped working. I took my phone to the verizon store where I purchased it and they told me it was an issue with the actual phone (MOTOZ) and that I would have to contact them or wait for another update. I did contact them through their website and never heard back. Meantime I am still paying off Verizon for the phone
