I could be in the middle of a text messages and the phone shuts off and restarts.. the booting time takes more than 5 mins sometimes.
This is never the experience that we want you to have with your devices, Monierod_010. Have you verified that your device is updated to the latest operating System? Did this start after you downloaded a specific app? Have you done a factory reset on your device?
