Do you have the DROID Turbo or the DROID Turbo 2 model?
Do you have any Moto Actions setup based on your location to silent the phone while at work or home? Does the speakers work otherwise for media playback?

Turbo, nothing set in Moto to make it quiet. Media is so soft(even turned up 100%) that i have to hold it to my ear to hear it.

It might be a hardware problem. Do headphones work?

Headphones work. Ringer, text/email notification and video/music are so low they basically don't exist.

I rely on my speakers every day too, Wrl115. Letโs keep the ball rolling and find a solution. It is possible this is hardware related as previously discussed. We still want to rule out any software or applications issues first. What software version is currently installed on the phone? Click here: http://vz.to/1THgZ7l .
Please test out in Safe mode to see if the issue duplicates. This is a diagnostic mode that disables third party applications. Click here: http://vz.to/1TwfrZg . Keep us posted.
