I have a Motorola turbo and when I am on a call it does not beep to let me know that I have receive text message. Is there any way to turn this on so I will know that I have received a message?

Vikki81, making sure that your phone alerts you while on a call that you have an incoming texts is important! Sometimes phones can alert you audibly or by vibration, depending on the volume setting you are currently on. Have you tested with the phone set to only vibrate, or with the ringtone volume up around mid or high? Typically the tone will be out of the earpiece to alert you.

I called technical support and spoke with a lady named Jessica and she has
the same phone and she stated that this phone does not alert you during a
call that you have received a text message. I have tried all of those
solutions and nothing has worked.
