Why won't my phone connect to my computer through my USB. It comes up as Motorola device manager to install but it says an internet connection cannot be established when my computer is connected to internet

I completely understand how important it is to have your device connect to the computer! It is such a great way to manage your media and storage. Let's find a solution to this error together. Have you previously been able to connect your Droid Razr to this computer before? Are you able to connect to any other computers without trouble?
