Where do I find MENU>NOTIFICATIONS>USB CONNECTION>USB MASS STORAGE?

Step by step, how do I connect Bluetooth to my Mac?  I've tried many different steps.  Both devices are discovered by the other.  Motorola said I'd have to talk to Apple.  Apple said I'd have to talk to Motorola.

Can't help with the Mac, but if your phone has JB 4.1.1, then the USB mass storage option was removed.

You are limited to MTP or PTP.
