Uconnect phone receiving text

when I receive a text through my Uconnect phone from my Droid Maxx I always get "No Number Available" for every text. My phone books is loaded fine. I've read that this is a Verizon based issue and doesn't occur with other carriers is there an App out there to repair this issue it doesn't appear Verizon has any plans to fix this in the immediate future

My Galaxy S9 used to work then I believe I received and update and get the same results "No Number Available" when it reads my text messages.  I paired my Wife's Galaxy S7 and hers works.

We want to ensure you're able to view all numbers when receiving text messages while paired with Uconnect. Let's continue to dig into this. Please ensure all the Uconnect app is up to date. What is the current software showing in your S9? Have you reached out to the app developer to check on app and device compatibility for the phone and car?
