I'm trying to get my pics/vids off my Turbo2 from the cloud because no USB cord works with my laptop and all of a sudden I'm getting a message from the cloud saying that, the Vault Server is Unavailable and not all the pics/vids are loading. What is going on? Anyone else had this happen?
