The restrictions on my son's phone won't turn off now. They are on all the time even when a turn them off. Even when we uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted his phone still nothing worked.
This issue might be related to the settings not properly syncing or a software glitch. Have you tried performing a factory reset on the phone?
