Visual Voicemail Set Up Issues

What do I do to get Visual Voicemail to set up? It just spins and never sets up. We have tried probably 10 times. The lady at the Verizon store tried as well and couldn't do it--said that VVM was "finicky."

Might check to make sure that your plan includes the feature and that it is enabled on the account in My Verizon.
