Help is here, Ngilly1974. Let's make sure that you are able to access the Voicemail feature the way you want to. We sent you a Private Note to review your account and verify that you have the correct Voicemail service.
If you don't want visual voicemail, you should be able to go into your MyVerizon account online and under the Blocks options you should be able to add the Block Visual Voicemail feature to your line.
