We just upgraded to a new Motorola Edge: there was a free trial from Verizon for 30 days called Premium voicemail. Which means that you can read your voicemails.
When we did not select continue, the Verizon updated the phone to reflect this decision:
unfortunately as a consequence” of not adding this feature to our plan our saved voicemails were deleted, including our fathers who is now deceased!!! Verizon says there is nothing they can do !!!
What if this were our bank account??
those voicemails were extremely precious to us
can you imagine?? Does anyone have any ideas. We’ve tried everything we know & the Verizon chat advised us to do. Spent over 2.5 hours trying
