I, ALL OF A SUDDEN, CAN'T GET MY EMAILS. WHEN I PUT MY PASSWORD IN IT WON'T ACKNOWLEDGE IT.
SHELLI1119, we don't want you to miss any of your messages! Are you able to access your e-mail account form a PC or laptop? Did you recently change your e-mail password? Try removing your e-mail account and re-adding it to your phone. Tap Settings>Under Accounts, tap E-mail>tap the option to remove the account. Once it's removed, you will need to add it back in Settings>Under Accounts, tap Add Account. Keep us posted.
